Realme X2 which is powered by Snapdragon 730G chipset just launched in the last week in China. However, it is yet to be launch in India and now, it seems like Realme is going to announce a phone with flagship processor in China.
Realme’s Chief Marketing Officer Mr Xu Qi Chase, posted on Weibo hinting that the first Realme flagship is on its way. Yes, the new Realme flagship phone will be coming with Snapdragon 855 Plus onboard, he declared through his Weibo post. The code name of the Realme flagship is Super Warrior or Samurai on the translation in English.
Also, Chief MO Chase also posted a message with a device called “Realme X2 Pro Super Samurai”, which is enough confirming the name of the phone. So, the name may be Realme X2 Pro, the pro variant of Realme X2. In the comments, fans said that they want the 65W latest charging tech from Oppo and at least 4,500mAh of battery and a red-coloured back, just like Realme 2. If these things come real, then it will be very amazing, especially the fast charging solution.
Also, the Chief Marketing Officer of Realme confirmed the new phone is “an important step” in the company’s approach to jump ahead of the competition, and would continue to be a device that gets young people excited about.
Now, it would be interesting to see the pricing of the phone and how effectively it can compete against the likes of Redmi K20 Pro.
