PUBG Mobile Officially Banned In India By Government

The most popular mobile game PUBG (Player Unknown Battle Ground) is now officially Ban in India under Section 69A of the Information Technology Act. Along with PUBG Mobile Indian govt. also listed 118 apps which are now officially banned in India. The main reason which is written in the official govt. papers is –

“They are engaged in activities which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India, the security of the state and public order. This decision is a targeted move to ensure safety, security, and sovereignty of Indian cyberspace”

The government also said that they are receiving many complaints against this mobile game that this game is stealing and surreptitiously transmitting users’ data in an unauthorized manner to servers which possibly had locations outside India.

“The compilation of these data, its mining and profiling by elements hostile to national security and defence of India, which ultimately impinges upon the sovereignty and integrity of India, is a matter of very deep and immediate concern which requires emergency measures,” the statement said.

From some previous days, the people of India are also demanding the ban of the PUBG game. Mainly Indian parents because almost all children are playing this game and because of that they are lacking concentration in their studies.
