Rajnath Singh to e-unveil inauguration stone for two tunnels in IMA Dehradun on 28th

On September 28, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will perform the virtual foundation stone of the two tunnels to be built at IMA Dehradun. The foundation stone will be held at 3.30 pm in the presence of Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat at IMA. In this regard, IMA Commandant Lay General JS Negi met the Chief Minister at the Chief Minister’s residence on Saturday.

The Chief Minister said that for the construction of two tunnels in the IMA, approval of Rs 45 crore has been received from the Central Government. Two tunnels (underpasses) will be built at the IMA. One tunnel will go and the other will come. During the parade, the state government and the army were also concerned about the security of the IMA.

Therefore, the Defense Minister was requested for two tunnels, to which he has given his consent. He thanked the Defense Minister for this. The construction of these tunnels will solve the problems of movement of people during the parade. For this, there was a long demand from the army and the public.

PM Narendra Modi to inaugurate eight STP On 29th

Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat said that on September 29, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release eight sewerage treatment plants (STPs) prepared in the state under Namami Gange. Four of them are in Haridwar, two in Rishikesh and one each in Munikireti and Badrinath.

According to the Chief Minister, the new STPs in the state are made of state-of-the-art technology. Solid waste will be used as compost in these. The modern technology used in the STP at Jagjitpur was also praised by King Carl Sixteenth Gustaf of Sweden during his visit to Uttarakhand.
