Reliance Jio announces new ‘Postpaid Plus’ plans starting at Rs 399

Reliance Jio today announced Jio Postpaid Plus scheme to provide enhanced services, entertainment, and experience for its users. The starting price of the plans is Rs 399 and it is also including free subscription for OTT apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar.

JioPostpaid Plus users will get Wi-Fi calling across India and also when traveling abroad. Users with JioPostpaid Plus connection visiting the USA and UAE, there will be no additional international roaming charges. It is First ever in-flight connectivity for Indian travellers travelling abroad.

Jio has also introduced offers for postpaid users across other telcos to carry over their credit limit to the Jio network if they wish to port to Jio connections with home delivery of new SIM cards.

The most affordable of the new postpaid plans is Rs 399, It offers unlimited voice calls and SMS messages, 75GB data per billing cycle, rollover of unused data of up to 200GB, and free subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ Hotstar.

The other plans are priced at Rs 599, Rs 799, Rs 999, Rs 1499. However, all these packs provide unlimited voice and video calls as well as subscription to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar at no extra cost.

The Rs 599 plan will offer 100GB of data per cycle .While the Rs 799 plan offers 150GB data per cycle and two additional SIM cards under Family Plan.

Both the Rs 999 and Rs 1,499 plans offer 500GB data rollover, and offer 200GB and 300GB monthly data, respectively.

Jio’s new postpaid plans compete with existing entry-level postpaid offers provided by both Airtel and Vodafone Idea.

JioPostpaid Plus will be available starting 24th September in Jio Stores and through home delivery, which is free along with the activation fee.
